Sanofi to buy Amunix Pharma for about $1 billion

December 21, 2021 (MLN): Drugmaker Sanofi SA will buy U.S.-based Amunix Pharmaceuticals Inc for an upfront payment of about $1 billion, as reported by Reuters on Tuesday.

The management said that the company will also pay Amunix up to $225 million based on certain future development milestones.
