SYM subsidiary closes third and final JazzCash agreement worth Rs750m

May 13, 2026 (MLN): Iris Digital (Private) Limited, a subsidiary of Symmetry Group Limited, formally executed its third service agreement with JazzCash.

The agreement covers the provision of digital and creative services for a period of three years, effective 1 April 2026. It is expected to contribute approximately Rs250m per annum to the Group's revenues, translating into an estimated aggregate value of approximately Rs750m over the contract period.

The arrangement remains subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement, the company's filing on Pakistan Stock Exchange revealed today.

This development follows the earlier disclosure dated 28 January 2026, wherein Iris Digital was selected as the preferred bidder for three separate assignments.

The first two service agreements with Jazz for digital and creative services were subsequently executed, and with the conclusion of this third agreement with JazzCash, all three assignments have now been formally completed.
