November 24, 2025 (MLN): Security Leasing Corporation Limited (PSX: SLCL) has updated progress report regarding its ongoing restructuring and revival efforts, along with the status of settlements with outstanding creditors.

Negotiations with several creditors are continuing positively. Management confirmed that additional settlement arrangements are being finalized, with full details to be disclosed once formalized, according to the company's progress report issued today.

The company emphasized that these developments, combined with ongoing restructuring initiatives, will be showed in the upcoming annual financial statements.

SLCL’s management attributed these encouraging advancements to persistent internal efforts and the continued support of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

This progress report stresses SLCL’s commitment to financial stabilization and operational revival, signaling potential improvements in creditor confidence and overall corporate performance.
