June 4, 2021 (MLN): The Board of Directors of The Searle Company Limited (SEARL), in a meeting held today, discussed, considered and resolved to sell 100% of the Company's shareholding in IBL Identity (Private) Limited, being a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, to Universal Ventures (Private) Limited, being a related party / associated company of the Company.

The notice to Exchange said that the above details are subject to finalizing the terms of the sale and obtaining necessary corporate and regulatory approvals, including the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
