SBP releases MPC calendar

July 22,2025(MLN): The SBP has released the advance calendar for Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meetings for the full fiscal year 2025–26, as part of its efforts to improve transparency and build confidence in long-term financial planning.

The calendar outlines eight scheduled meetings, beginning July 30, 2025, and concluding on June 15, 2026.

The announced MPC meeting dates are:

Wednesday, July 30, 2025
Monday, September 15, 2025
Monday, October 27, 2025
Monday, December 15, 2025
Monday, January 26, 2026
Monday, March 9, 2026
Monday, April 27, 2026
Monday, June 15, 2026

The next advance calendar will be issued in July 2026. In the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting any scheduled date, SBP will notify a revised date accordingly.

Last time, MPC decided to keep the policy rate unchanged at 11%.
