SAZGAR to commence commercial production of “BAIC” vehicles from Sept 1

August 27, 2021 (MLN): Sazgar Engineering Works Limited (SAZEW), in an announcement to Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) said that, after successful completion of trial operation, the company will commence the commercial production of "BAIC" vehicles with effect from September 01, 2021.

To recall, SAZGAR had signed the agreement with Chinese Automobile Manufacturer in 2018 to assemble and manufacture passenger and off-road vehicles under the brand name of “BAIC”.
