Pak Qatar Takaful revises allocation after IPO oversubscription

February 06, 2026 (MLN): Pak Qatar General Takaful Limited has revised the allocation of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) after the General Public Portion was oversubscribed.

The Book Building Portion has been reduced from 75% (22.5 million shares) to 70% (21 million shares), while the General Public Portion has been increased from 25% (7.5 million shares) to 30% (9 million shares).

The revised allocation will be applied for the final allotment and balloting of applications under the General Public Portion.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
