PSX rebalances NBP Pakistan Growth Index

November 06, 2026 (MLN): The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has rebalanced the NBP Pakistan Growth Index (NBPPGI), with the revised constituent weights set to take effect from Friday, November 6, 2026.

Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) and Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDC) carry the highest weight at 10% each.

According to a notice issued by the exchange on November 5 (PSX/N-1362), the rebalancing exercise was carried out as of October 30, 2026, in line with the relevant index rules available on the PSX website.

Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) follows with a weight of 9.70%, United Bank Limited (UBL) with 9.40% and The Hub Power Company Limited (HUBC) with 8.12%. National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) and Meezan Bank Limited (MEBL) have been assigned 7.18% each, while Engro Holdings Limited (ENGROH) has 6.83%, Lucky Cement Limited (LUCK) 6.29% and Mari Energies Limited (MARI) 6.22%.

The remaining constituents include Habib Bank Limited (HBL) at 5.46%, MCB Bank Limited (MCB) at 3.79%, Engro Fertilizers Limited (EFERT) at 3.47%, Systems Limited (SYS) at 3.36% and Bank AL Habib Limited (BAHL) at 3.00%.
