PSX delists Prudential Stocks Fund

June 11, 2026 (MLN): Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) has delisted Prudential Stocks Fund Limited (PUDF) from the Exchange with immediate effect.

The company was found in non-compliance with multiple PSX Regulations, including failure to hold annual general meetings, failure to submit annual audited financial statements, non-payment of PSX dues, failure to join the Central Depository Company (CDC) after its security was declared eligible, and a winding-up petition filed against the company in court by the Commission.

PUDF was liable for delisting following the appointment of an Official Liquidator.

The company neither availed the opportunities of being heard nor did its management communicate any objection to the proposed delisting, despite issuance of letters and notices to its registered address and through PUCARS, according to the PSX notice.

The Official Liquidator was also informed of the delisting action.

Trading in PUDF shares had already been suspended since August 16, 2010.
