Mitsubishi Fuso, Hino to unite under new holding company

June, 17 2025 (MLN): A new publicly listed holding company will be established, which will hold 100% ownership of both Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) and Hino Motors Ltd, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

This development comes after a Definitive Agreement was reached concerning the integration of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) and Hino Motors Ltd. (Hino), the parent company.

Furthermore, Daimler Truck and Toyota Motor Corporation are expected to hold equal ownership stakes in the new holding entity, excluding shares that will be issued to the public as part of its listing.
