QTECH board shake-up accelerates strategic transformation

July 20, 2026 (MLN): Board changes shake up Quantum Data Technologies Limited (PSX: QTECH), with Mr. Khawaja Jahangir stepping down as Director and Mr. Hamza Yousaf set to join the Board, subject to completion of applicable corporate and regulatory formalities.
The outgoing director's guidance and contributions during
his tenure were acknowledged by the Board, along with appreciation for his
commitment to the company's long-term interests.
Mr. Hamza Yousaf's appointment is aimed at bringing
technology, digital transformation, corporate strategy and business development
expertise to the Board as QTECH pushes ahead with its transformation agenda.
The company described the board renewal as a targeted move
to sharpen execution capability, strengthen governance, and position QTECH
within the technology sector as it works to compound long-term shareholder
value.
QTECH said it remains committed to its strategic
transformation agenda and will keep the Pakistan Stock Exchange informed of any
further material developments.
The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to
