Meezan Bank leads bulk eIPO subscription payments

July 23, 2026 (MLN): Meezan Bank has become the first bank in Pakistan to roll out an Enhanced Bulk eIPO Subscription Payments Solution for the Central Depository Company of Pakistan (CDC).

This enables seamless and efficient eIPO subscription payments for Roshan Digital Account (RDA) customers.

The solution has also been extended to brokerage houses through CDC's Master TREC Module in the Centralized eIPO System (CES) via the Meezan Corporate Portal, allowing bulk eIPO subscription payment files containing multiple transactions to be processed in a single step.

This replaces the previously manual process and significantly enhances efficiency, accuracy and the overall customer experience, according to a press release issued.

In collaboration with CDC, Meezan Bank has executed Pakistan's first-ever bulk eIPO subscription payment transaction, processed for the IPO of Select Technologies Limited (STL) on behalf of RDA customers, marking another milestone in the bank's digital innovation journey.

The development reflects Meezan Bank's continued focus on delivering Shariah-compliant digital solutions while supporting the growth of Pakistan's Islamic banking and capital market ecosystem.
