LSE Capital submits IPO application for LSE SPAC-III

August 03, 2026 (MLN): LSE Capital (PSX:LSECL) has submitted the IPO application and draft
prospectus for the PSX listing of LSE SPAC-III, following the successful
listings of SPAC-I and SPAC-II.
The new SPAC intends to raise Rs500m, of which Rs400m including seed
funding from LSE Capital will be subscribed by pre-IPO investors, while the
general public portion will account for the remaining Rs100m, the company’s filing on
PSX revealed today.
The funds raised will be utilized to make investments for the acquisition of potential target companies at a later stage, as permitted under the Public Offering Regulations, 2017.
