September 09, 2026 (MLN): LSE Capital Limited (PSX:LSECL) has incorporated LSE SPAC-IV Limited ("SPAC4"), a Special Purpose Acquisition Company, in line with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, as SPAC4 moves toward a proposed business combination with a pre-identified target company in the food sector.

The company informed that SPAC4 intends to file its prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, with the transaction subject to applicable regulatory approvals.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
