LSE Capital signs MoU for proposed DCCL stake disposal

September 18, 2026 (MLN): LSE Capital Limited (PSX: LSECL) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with an unlisted financial services company for the proposed disposal of its shareholding in its subsidiary, Digital Custodian Company Limited (DCCL).

The proposed transaction is subject to completion of agreed terms and conditions and fulfillment of requisite corporate and regulatory approvals, with a transaction closure deadline of November 15, 2026.

DCCL is presently jointly owned by LSE Capital Limited, LSE Financial Services Limited (LSEFSL), and LSE Ventures Limited (LSEVL), holding 54%, 36%, and 10% of its issued share capital, respectively.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
