LSE Capital secures IPO advisory mandate for Cordoba Financial Services listing

August 31, 2026 (MLN): LSE Capital Limited (PSX: LSECL), jointly
with Topline Securities and Growth Securities, has secured the financial
advisory and IPO mandate for the listing of Cordoba Financial Services Limited
(CFSL), a majority-owned subsidiary of Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited
(PSX: CLVL).
Under the terms of the mandate, 10% additional shares of
CFSL will be offered to the market, split between a 75% book-building portion
and a 25% public offer.
The aforementioned information was
disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
