K-Electric not served court order pertaining to change in board of directors: Clarification

October 24, 2022 (MLN): K-Electric Limited (PSX: KEL) on Monday clarified that the company has not yet been through the court process of any proceedings, pleadings, or orders pertaining to change in the company’s board of directors, the company filing on PSX showed today.

K-Electric has been made aware of the news item published in some sections of media on October 22, 2022, claiming that SHC stopped change in K-Electric's board of directors.

“K-Electric will make appropriate disclosure to the PSX in this regard as soon as it has been served and has sufficient facts to clarify the matter reported in the article,” the notification further read.
