June 11, 2025 (MLN): Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited (PSX: ICIBL) has seen a significant change in its ownership structure as new shareholders acquired a total of 32.28 million voting shares, representing 11.33% of the company’s total issued voting shares.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

The acquisition took place on June 5, 2025, at a rate of Rs2.87 per share.
