Image REIT IPO oversubscribed by more than double

September 24, 2025 (MLN): The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Image REIT has attracted an overwhelming response from investors, with applications totaling 47.45 million units, oversubscribing the issue size of 23m units by more than two times.

According to subscription figures compiled by Hameed Majeed Associates (Pvt.) Limited, the IPO subscription was held on September 17 and 18, 2025.

The applications were received through Bankers to the Issue, CDC e-IPO, and PSX e-IPO, according to the PSX notice.

A total of 6,402 applications were submitted across various categories, with the highest participation coming from applicants applying for more than 2,000 units, who accounted for 42.97m units worth Rs430.1m.
