Gold upticks by Rs200 to trade at Rs Rs109,900 per tola

July 19, 2021 (MLN): Gold continued its gaining momentum in the domestic bullion market today as the price of 24-karat per tola inched up by Rs200 to close at Rs109,900.

Similarly, the price of 10-gram of 24k gold reached Rs94,222, marking an uptick of Rs172 while the 10gm 22k gold traded at Rs86,370, as per data reported by the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.

However, the price of 24-Karat silver per tola and 10-gram silver remained stagnant at Rs1,460 and Rs1,251.71, respectively.

On the other hand, price of gold in international market reversed its course, nearly one-week low by $9 to close at $1,804 per ounce on the back of strengthening dollar while silver was valued at $25.37 an ounce.
