Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs2,245 per tola

June 18, 2025 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Wednesday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs359,055 per tola, down Rs2,245.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs307,831 after a decline of Rs1,925, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted lower at Rs282,188 per 10-gram.

On the other hand, silver prices rose in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs3,878 per tola (+Rs22) and Rs3,324 per 10-gram (+Rs19).

Globally, spot gold traded near $3,376 an ounce, down $10.7 or 0.32% from the previous session.

Gold prices edged lower on Wednesday as investors refrained from making significant bets ahead of the U.S. Federal Reserve’s policy decision, while keeping a close watch on escalating developments in the Israel-Iran conflict.
