Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs1,595 per tola

June 20, 2025 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Friday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs357,000 per tola, down Rs1,595.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs306,069 after a decline of Rs1,368, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted lower at Rs280,573 per 10-gram.

Similarly, silver prices fell in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs3,796 per tola (-Rs24) and Rs3,254 per 10-gram (-Rs21).

Globally, spot gold traded near $3,357 an ounce, down $11.1 or 0.33% from the previous session.

Gold prices fell on Friday and were on track for a weekly decline, as an overall stronger dollar and the prospect of fewer U.S. interest rate cuts offset support from rising geopolitical risks in the Middle East.
