GEMUNSL explores merger, acquisition opportunity

September 07, 2023: Universal Network Systems Limited (PSX: GEMUNSL) has received a merger and acquisition proposal regarding one of its business segments, the company's filing on PSX unveiled today.

In a recent meeting held on September 6, 2023, the UNS Board of Directors allowed the management to evaluate this strategic proposal and advised the management to proceed with a thorough review for further consideration by the Board.

The principal activities of the company are to act as a cargo forwarder and provide domestic and international courier and allied services.
