First Equity Modaraba to sell equity textile assets

November 11, 2025 (MLN): First Equity Modaraba (PSX:FEM), as shareholder of its wholly owned subsidiary Equity Textile Limited, approved the proposed sale or disposal of the subsidiary’s assets and property situated at Plot No. A-44, Sindh Industrial Trading Estates Ltd (SITE), Nooriabad, District Jamshoro.
The transaction covers land, building, plant, machinery, allied equipment, fittings, and appurtenances located at the site, according to the filing submitted to psx today.
The sale
process will proceed in accordance with applicable laws and remains subject to
completion of necessary corporate, regulatory, and legal formalities.
