DIIL confirms no shariah-based banking relationships

April 01, 2026 (MLN): Diamond Industries Limited
(PSX: DIIL) has clarified to the Pakistan Stock Exchange that the company
maintains no relationship with any bank having Shariah-based operations or
operating through Islamic windows, with the disclosure already incorporated in
Note 31 of its Annual Audited Financial Statements for the year ended June 30,
2025.
The clarification came in response to PSX's letter No.
PSX/Gen-338 dated March 13, 2026, regarding non-submission of mandatory Shariah
disclosures.
In a separate development, DIIL also disclosed that its
business operations which had remained
suspended since January 10, 2023 have
now been resumed with effect from January 01, 2026, following the financial
period ended December 31, 2025.
The aforementioned information was disseminated
through a notification to Exchange.
