First Dawood Properties Ltd. secures IT tenants in Karachi

September 08, 2025 (MLN): First Dawood Properties Ltd. (PSX: FDPL) stated that its newly constructed building in Phase-VII Extension, Defence, Karachi has been fully rented to two information technology companies.

These firms primarily provide technology-related services to offshore clients and generate foreign currency for the country.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

FDPL is a Public Company incorporated in Pakistan under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now replaced with the Companies Act, 2017).

The Company is primarily engaged in the business of real estate, properties, and/or any other businesses as mentionedin its Memorandum and Articles of Association.
