Faysal Bank to issue Rs7bn Tier-II Sukuks

February 19, 2026 (MLN): Faysal Bank Limited's (PSX: FABL) Board of Directors has approved the issuance of Tier-II Capital in the form of Privately Placed Shariah Compliant Sukuks worth Rs7 billion, inclusive of a Green-Shoe option of another Rs2bn.

The sukuk issuance is subject to all regulatory approvals.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

The bank will be seeking shareholders' approval for the conversion of these sukuks into common shares in case of Point of Non-Viability (PONV), during the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on March 26, 2026.
