interim cash dividend for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026 and the 15%
interim cash dividend for the second quarter (half year) ended June 30, 2026,

before taxation.

other expenses grew 7.30% to Rs46.36bn from Rs43.20bn.
Share of profit of associates
rose 23.95% to Rs247.05m from Rs199.31m, taking profit before credit loss
allowance up 4.30% to Rs30.77bn from Rs29.50bn.
A net reversal of credit loss
allowance and write-offs of Rs1.34bn, down 68.19% from Rs4.20bn last year, kept
profit before taxation at Rs32.11bn, down 4.74% from Rs33.70bn.

from Rs18.15bn, which left profit after taxation slightly higher at Rs15.68bn.
