Ecopack Board approves CAPEX for land, solar power project

June 23, 2025 (MLN): Ecopack Limited’s (PSX: ECOP) Board has approved a capital expenditure (CAPEX) plan for the acquisition of 3.63 acres of land and the installation of a 2.03 MW solar power generation facility.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

ECOP is a limited liability Company incorporated in Pakistan under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984.

The principal business activity of the Company is manufacturing and sale of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) bottles and preforms for the market of Beverages and other liquid packaging industry.
