Defective alternator at Narowal Plant returned in service: HUBC

August 29, 2022 (MLN): Hub Power Company Limited (PSX: HUBC) on Monday informed that the defective alternator at Narowal Plant has been returned in service and available for electricity generation to the power purchaser from August 25, 2022.

Meanwhile, the work is in progress on the other alternator to retore its service for power generation.

Accordingly, ten out of eleven reciprocating engines and one steam turbine are in service.

To note, Narowal Plant is owned and operated by Narowal Energy Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hub Power Company Limited.
