May 15, 2026 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Colgate-Palmolive (Pakistan) Limited, in its meeting held on May 14, 2026 at 05:00 at its registered office in Karachi, approved to negotiate and enter into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Procter & Gamble (Pakistan) Limited.

The agreement relates to the acquisition of land, manufacturing facility and related assets located at Port Qasim, Karachi, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The contemplated transaction remains subject to the execution of the Asset Purchase Agreement, regulatory approvals and completion of all necessary formalities.
