BlueEx becomes first GEM firm to join PSX ready board

December 05, 2025 (MLN): BlueEx Limited (PSX: GEMBLUEX) has achieved a significant milestone in Pakistan's equity capital markets by becoming the first company to successfully transition from the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) Board to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Ready Board.

BlueEx Limited has received dual approval from both the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the Pakistan Stock Exchange to proceed with its migration through a public offering of 1.0 million shares.

The company has revealed plans to open the offering to the general public next week, marking a transformative moment for Pakistan's capital markets infrastructure, according to the company's statement issued today.
