July 22, 2025 (MLN): Bilal Fibres Limited (PSX: BILF) has revealed that its Board of Directors has approved a Business Plan to establish a dedicated IT Division.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

The proposed IT Division will focus on key areas including software development for web, mobile, and SaaS solutions, as well as outsourced IT support and helpdesk services.

It will also offer digital services such as web design and e-commerce platforms, along with custom software solutions tailored for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

The initiative involves a Rs10 million investment aimed at building a skilled team capable of delivering high-quality IT services.

The Company aims to achieve breakeven within 12 to 18 months and reach profitability within 24 months, positioning Bilal Fibres Limited as a competitive player in the IT sector.
