Arif Habib Limited denies fake AI investment platform claims

July 31, 2026 (MLN): Arif Habib Limited (PSX:AHL) has categorically denied claims circulating in a fake and misleading news article on various online and social media platforms.

The fabricated article falsely claims that Arif Habib has launched an artificial intelligence (AI) investment platform guaranteeing earnings of up to Rs500,000 per week, the company’s filing on PSX revealed today.

The Company confirmed that neither Mr. Arif Habib nor Arif Habib Limited, nor any entity of the Arif Habib Group, has launched, endorsed, sponsored, or is associated with any such AI investment platform or scheme, terming the circulating content entirely false, fabricated, and unauthorized.

Arif Habib Limited clarified it has no affiliation whatsoever with the fraudulent publication or any website, application, or platform promoting such claims, and advised investors and the general public to exercise caution and refrain from engaging with or relying upon such misleading content.

The Company reiterated its commitment to protecting the interests of investors and the integrity of the capital market, noting that all announcements and material information relating to it are disseminated only through its official communication channels and those of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited.

Arif Habib Limited has requested that this intimation be placed on record and disseminated through the Exchange's information system for the awareness of investors and market participants.
