Naya Nazimabad REIT offer oversubscribed 4x, attracts Rs1bn

September 10, 2026 (MLN): The offer for sale of units of Naya Nazimabad Apartment REIT (NNAR), held on September 7 and 8, 2026, received applications for a total of 47,139,500 units against an issue size of 11,015,625 units, according to final subscription figures compiled by registrar CDC Share Registrar Services Limited.
A total of 8,070 applications were received across both the
CDC e-IPO and PSX e-IPO platforms, with a combined subscription amount of
Rs1.08bn.
Applications of up to 2,000 units will receive full
allocation, while units applied for above 2,000 units will be allotted on a
pro-rata basis.

Of the total subscription, 6,917 applications for 34,494,000
units worth Rs793.36m were received through the CDC e-IPO (CES), while 1,153
applications for 12,645,500 units worth Rs290.85m came in via the PSX e-IPO
(PES) platform.
Arif Habib Limited acted as the manager to the offer.
