24-karat gold price reaches Rs277,000 per tola

September 26, 2024 (MLN): Domestic Bullion market sustained its rally on Thursday, with the price of 24-karat gold surging by Rs1,500 toRs277,000 per tola.

This marks the third consecutive rise in the price of the yellow metal.

The Karachi Sarafa Association reported the price of 24-karat gold at Rs237,482 per 10-gram, up Rs1,285.

Similarly, the price of 22-karat gold was quoted higher at Rs217,693 per 10-gram.

On the other hand, silver prices remained unchanged in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs3,050 per tola (-Rs0) and Rs2,615 per 10-gram (-Rs0).

On the global front, spot gold traded near $2,677 an ounce, up $20 or 0.75% from the previous session.
