ZIL Limited receives public offer from New Future Consumer International

March 16, 2023 (MLN): Alpha Beta Core Solutions (Private) Limited, on behalf of New Future Consumer International General Trading LLC has made a public announcement of an offer to acquire 19.32% ordinary shares from shareholders of ZIL Limited. The offer was received by ZIL Limited and has been made public for the benefit of the shareholders.

As per the offer, the acquirer intends to acquire the said percentage of ordinary shares of ZIL Limited.

The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has been requested to immediately make this information available to the shareholders of the Target Company by placing it on the notice board and through a notification on the automated information system.
