Waves Singer Pakistan to initiate due diligence for investment in Mitchell’s Fruit Farms

August 7, 2019 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Waves Singer Pakistan Limited in their meeting held on August 7, 2019, has approved to initiate due diligence for proposed investment in Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited.

In this respect, the company informed that the notice Public Announcement of Intention (PAI) shall be published by the Manager to the offer appointed for this purpose.

Earlier, Topline Securities had submitted Acquirer’s PAI to acquire more than 30% of issued and paid up capital by way of subscription of new shares along with management control of Mitchell’s Fruit Farms, on behalf of its client Bioexyte Foods Private Limited.
