Update 2: PKR gains 1.6 rupees in intraday

July 14, 2022 (MLN): The Pakistani Rupee gained further ground on Thursday in an intraday trade as it appreciated by 1.6 rupees against the US Dollar (USD) in an interbank market after the announcement that Pakistan has reached a staff-level agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to resume its loan program,

The rupee was quoted at 208.78/209.53 [10:45 PST] when compared to the previous closing of 210.10.
