Unity Foods Limited to increase its share capital from Rs1.7 bln to Rs10 bln

January 14, 2019 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Unity Foods Limited has decided to recommend an increase of the authorized share capital of the Company from Rs. 1,700,000,000 to Rs. 10,000,000,000, by creation of 830,000,000 new ordinary shares of Rs. 10 each.

Keeping this in view, the company shall call an Extraordinary General Meeting to make necessary amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, a notice by the company revealed on Monday.
