United Distributors Pakistan to invest $50,000 in FARMDAR

June 16, 2022 (MLN): United Distributors Pakistan Limited (UDPL) has decided to invest $50,000 in Farmdar Private Limited, the company’s filing on bourse showed today.

FARMER is an agritech company, which uses remote sensing and artificial intelligence to provide actionable insights to farmers to improve farmer productivity along with efficient usage of crop inputs.

UDPL was incorporated in Pakistan as a Public Company limited by shares. Its principal business activities are manufacturing, trading and distribution of pesticides, fertilizers and other allied products.

At present, the scrip of UDPL is being traded at Rs32.
