UNIC Insurance merges into SPI Insurance

February 01, 2023 (MLN): The Honorable High Court of Sindh has allowed the merger of the United Insurance Company of Pakistan Limited (UNIC) and SPI Insurance Company Limited, a notice issued by the company to PSX showed.

The merger includes the creditors and shareholders of both companies, along with all other concerned persons.

SPI Insurance Company Limited is one of the top emerging insurance companies in Pakistan.

The main purpose of SPI insurance is to provide security to indemnified persons, focusing on this point, SPI ensures the buyers’ needs and serves exceptional services. We are offering a variety of packages for every group of insurance.

At the time of writing, the scrip of UNIC is being traded at Rs8.05, down by 15 paisa or 1.83% DoD.
