UBL concludes sale of shareholding in UNBL

July 05, 2024 (MLN): United Bank Limited (PSX: UBL) has successfully concluded the transaction for the sale of its shareholding in United National Bank Limited UK (UNBL), following the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.
UBL disseminated this information through a notice issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today.
The agenda was presented to the shareholders of the bank at their 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on March 18, 2024, where they approved the sale of up to 55% of UNBL shares to Bestway Group (BG).
