TRG Pakistan share transfer books close from February 22 to 28, 2025

February 06, 2025 (MLN): The share transfer books of TRG Pakistan Limited will remain closed from February 22, 2025, to February 28, 2025, both days inclusive.

This is in connection with the Public Announcement of Offer published on January 17, 2025, through AKD Securities Limited, as a manager to the offer, on behalf of Greentree Holdings Limited.

The offer pertains to the acquisition of up to 35.145% shareholding and control of TRG Pakistan Limited, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

Transfers received in order at the office of TRG Pakistan Limited's share registrar, Messrs. THK Associates (Pvt.) Limited, on or before the close of business on February 21, 2025, will be considered in time.

This will determine the eligibility of a person to receive the Offer letters.

This book closure is being made in compliance with Regulation 9 of the Listed Companies (Substantial Acquisition of Voting Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2017, to determine the eligibility of persons to receive offer letters.
