Textile exports hit all time high of $17.7bn in 11MFY22

June 03, 2022 (MLN): Pakistan’s Textile sector exports have reached all time high of $17.67 billion during 11MFY22 as compared to $13.76 billion in the corresponding period a year earlier, depicting a growth of 28% YoY, All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) informed on Friday.

In the month of May’22 alone, textile exports have increased by 59% YoY to $1.69 billion as compared to $1.06bn in May 2021.

However, on a sequential basis, the textile exports have dropped by 3% MoM in May’22, compared to $1.74bn in the preceding month.
