Tariq Corporation Limited's (PSX:TCORP) Board of Directors, through a resolution dated September 22, 2026, passed through circulation, has approved the conversion of Non-voting Convertible Preference Shares into ordinary shares, along with payment of accumulated dividends as on September 30, 2026.
