Pace (Pakistan) approves Rs1.5bn investment in Ever Green Water Valley
Pace (Pakistan) Limited's (PSX:PACE) Board of Directors has approved an equity investment of up to Rs1,500 million in Ever Green Water Valley (Pvt) Ltd, an associated company, and the disinvestment of 73,861,873 ordinary shares, or 15.4%, in Pace Barka Properties Limited, another associated company.

Pace (Pakistan) Limited (PSX: PACE) swung to a consolidated net profit of Rs1.23bn for the year ended June 30, 2026, reversing a loss of Rs528.45m (restated) recorded in the corresponding period last year a complete earnings turnaround driven by a dramatic surge in other income and a swing to profitability in continuing operations.
