December 02, 2025 (MLN): Pace (Pakistan) Limited (PSX: PACE), a leading real estate development company, has a significant milestone through its subsidiary Pace Barka Properties Limited.

The company has entered into a pivotal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala to develop and manage a large-scale mixed-use commercial hub.

The partnership agreement involves Pace (Pakistan) Limited and Pace Barka Properties Limited, each holding a 50% stake in the joint venture, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The project encompasses the development and management of a mixed-use commercial hub spanning over 161.8 Kanals (approximately 20.2 acres) within DHA Gujranwala.

This strategic collaboration marks Pace Pakistan's entry into the Gujranwala real estate market, expanding the company's footprint beyond its existing operations in multiple cities across Pakistan.

 At the time of writing, PACE shares are being trading at Rs24.01, down Rs0.27 (-1.11%) compared to the previous closing price
