SHC suspends orders challenged by K-Electric in tariff appeals
The Sindh High Court (SHC) has suspended, in the interim, the notifications and orders concerning the review of the Multi-Year Tariff (MYT) FY24-FY30 of K-Electric Limited (PSX: KEL). It passed the ad-interim orders on October 07, 2026, and issued notices to the respondents, according to a notice sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and a statement by a K-Electric spokesperson.
