Synthetic Products Enterprises incorporates its subsidiary for conducting business in Health Care sector

April 27, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Synthetic Products Enterprises Limited has approved to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary for conducting business in Health Care and Hygiene sectors in its meeting held on April 25, 2020.
The Board has also authorized the Chief Executive Officer to start the process in this regard.
